We want you to love your ElroyYoung purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help make returns and exchanges as smooth as possible.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Swimwear must have the hygiene liner intact.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund. This ensures you get your desired item quickly.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at feedbackinfo@elroyyoung.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
